- According to the factory, we will do the planning for the customer needs and the Oven sizes required?
- Optional for installation water, steam design, gas design, circuit design, and equipment layout are designed according to the customer needs.
After-sales services:
- We provide high-quality machines and real low-cost after-sale service.
- REK will do all the installation of the Gases Oven and the gases pipeline connection, electricity & ducting.
- REK will provide free of charge any parts thereof which prove to be defective in material or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty shall be voided in the case of misuse or negligence of the equipment. It does not include any labor costs or other related costs.
- We provide free installation, debugging, and training to our customer’s staff.
- Detailed user manual and troubleshooting diagram provided including how to use & maintain the machines correctly.
